'Morris is wonderful, hilarious and unmissable and her freshness and
irrepressible optimism are contagious'
The Scotsman

When Julia has performed for us before the last part of her set
she had the whole audience crying ...
... and she doesn't even say a word!!!

'You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone funnier on this year's Fringe" The Herald

At the Edinburgh Festival with her sell-out Show 'Show &
Tell' (to which she received fantastic reviews) and was delighted to be awarded the Glass Angel Award by the Herald Newspaper.

In addition to her stand-up credits, Julia has enjoyed acting on two popular sitcoms 'Happiness' and 'Chambers', along with guesting on numerous radio and television shows.

She has quickly become a favourite on the London comedy scene, tearing up audiences with her unique brand of effervescence. Her 'Sha-la-la' glamorous look at life is both invigorating and inspirational.

'Julia virtually slaps you round the face with her unique take on her newfound homeland and the audience were simply eating out of her hand. Her penchant for jazzy cigarettes, "hommmosexual" gay friends and the Northern Line aside, Julia has to be the most expressive performer around ? you can?t help but get caught in her mighty fine headlights. Her finale quite literally brought the house down - simply outrageous!"'

" ... A seemingly never-ending barrage of punch lines, "divine" catchphrases and quirky asides ... She was beguiling, nutty, earnestly eager ... This cheekily offensive motor mouth was impossible to resist.THREE WEEKS

" ... I can't remember laughing so much at a flyer and her show was uphill from there... delivered with touches of audacious brilliance. Morris immediately clicks into universal experiences, but hers are just a bit more out there... Morris is wonderful, hilarious and unmissable and her freshness and irrepressible optimism are contagious. She is living proof that audacity and irreverent effervescence are life skills. " THE SCOTSMAN

"... Australian Julia Morris is a one-woman hen night, divorce celebration and birthday bash all rolled into one... she doesn't so much perform as have a one-way natter with the sudience... infectious good humour. " SCOTLAND ON SUNDAY

" One hour in the company of Julia Morris is an experience ... Incessantly effusive, charmingly bubbling, she babbles rudely but never crudely about school, men drugs, sex and clothes in a hysterical, rapid-fire life history ... No doubt about it, Morris is a star." THE LIST

"...she is back, slinkier and slicker than ever. ...an endless supply of catchphrases and quirky asides... Charmingly, infectiously offensive, Morris is the sweetest motormouth in the business and bubbles all the way along to her musical show-closer surely the most inspired moment of mimed madness since Wayne's World's Bohemian Rhapsody." THE STAGE

" She's completely charming and disarming, is Julia Morris... This gal's got a machine-gun mouth, as well as rapacious carnal instincts, a yen for strong drink and a fearless propensity for getting herself into bloke-orientated fankles and drink-related scrapes...a woman beyond compare... You'll be hard pressed to find anyone on this year's Fringe funnier than Julia Morris. " THE HERALD

"...the floodgates open and there's no stopping her. The audience is engulfed by a tsunami of her warm, anecdotal humour... punctuated by her nutty idiosyncrasies. ... Julia Morris is likeable, frank and, above all, very, very funny. " EDINBURGH EVENING NEWS
